R&D Executive – Synthesis & Product Development

We are hiring a detail-oriented R&D Executive to support laboratory synthesis, product development, and process optimization activities. The role involves conducting experiments, performing basic analytical testing, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Laboratory synthesis & formulation development

• Process optimization & scale-up support

• Basic testing (pH, viscosity, density, etc.)

• Documentation (TDS, SDS, reports)

• Ensure GLP, GMP & EHS compliance

Requirements:

• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry or related field

• Basic knowledge of synthesis/formulation

• Hands-on lab experience preferred

• Good documentation & MS Office skills
